Unlimited Document Scanning
Pay once for your manuscript, then rescan it as often as you like for 30 days. Charging per scan would charge you for revising — which is the one thing that most improves a paper.
Where the work goes.
Every revision, rechecked
Act on the findings, upload again, and rescan. Ten passes through a revision cycle cost exactly what one pass costs, for 30 days.
Supervisor and co-author rounds
Feedback arrives in waves. Each round can be rechecked without watching a meter or deciding whether this particular pass is worth paying for.
Reviewer responses
If a decision comes back inside your window, the revised manuscript is covered. Ask us if it arrives later — we are reasonable about journal timelines.
Reformatting for another journal
Rejected and resubmitting elsewhere? Converting to the new journal’s citation style and guidelines is a rescan, not a new purchase.
All six checks, every time
Proofreading, copyediting, standards, formatting, and ESL run on every pass. Nothing is withheld from later scans.
What you receive
- 30 days of rescanning from the date of purchase
- Full results on every scan, with no feature gating
- A scan history so you can see what changed between drafts
- No overage charges and no scan counter
How a unlimited document scanning project runs.
- 01
Buy for the manuscript
One price, set by word count. That covers this manuscript — not a subscription, and nothing that renews.
- 02
Scan as often as you need
Early draft, post-supervisor, pre-submission final pass. Upload whenever you want a check.
- 03
Track across drafts
Your scan history shows what was found each time, which makes recurring habits visible rather than invisible.
- 04
After the window
Rescans stop; your results and downloads remain available. If the manuscript comes back to life later, tell us — we do not think a reviewer taking four months is your fault.
Is this the right service?
- You revise heavily and want to check after each pass
- Feedback arrives in rounds from supervisors or co-authors
- You may resubmit to a different journal and need reformatting
- Per-scan pricing has previously discouraged you from rechecking
Not sure which level you need? Send the manuscript and we will tell you honestly — including when a lighter service would do.

Frequently asked.
What exactly does "unlimited" mean here?
Unlimited rescans of the manuscript you paid for, for 30 days. It is not an account-wide allowance covering every document you own — we would rather bound the promise honestly than advertise something broader and then ration it quietly.
What counts as the same manuscript?
The same paper as it evolves through revision, including substantial edits and reformatting. A different paper is a new purchase. A rewrite so complete that little of the original remains is, in fairness, a different paper — but we would rather discuss a borderline case than make you guess.
What if reviewer comments arrive after my window closes?
Contact us. Journal timelines are outside your control and it would be unreasonable to penalise you for them. We would rather extend a window than have you pay twice for the same paper.
Can I share my purchase with a colleague?
It covers your manuscript, so a colleague’s paper needs its own purchase. For a research group, an institutional arrangement is better value than passing one purchase around — get in touch.
Why not just sell an unlimited monthly plan?
Because scanning costs scale with document length, an unlimited plan priced for average use is subsidised by light users and has to be quietly rationed for heavy ones. Bounding it to one manuscript is a promise we can keep without either of those.
